Teen Titans GO! Mystery Minis Unboxing!

Like daddy, like daughter? Oh you’re damn right. These two are peas in a pod like you wouldn’t even believe!

Hubby and Bubby unboxed a total of 15 Teen Titans GO! Mystery Minis blind boxes from Funko, and they had a ton of fun doing it too. The figures are adorable, pretty well-made, and feature some of the must fun characters this side of non-angsty DCU. Yeah, I know, it’s not the original Teen Titans, but it’s a FUN SHOW DAMMIT, SHUT YOUR BRAIN OFF AND HAVE SOME FUN!

Friday the 13th Toy Haul!

This past Friday was one of the 13th variety (and doesn’t that sentence just sound awkward?) which you knew was going to mean a comment or two on the internet from myself and my horror-fanatic husband. It also ended up resulting in a video! Jason decided to do a “Friday the 13th” haul of some truly awesome collectibles from multiple toy companies. A Neca Ultimate, a Mezco Stylized Figure, and a Funko 5 Star, plus a just-plain amusing opening clip that made me giggle like a fool.

Super Fighting Robot! MEGA MAN!

Did you know that Jason is a big fan of Mega Man? If you didn’t you clearly haven’t been paying enough attention to our YouTube channel. You should fix that!

Finally getting around to his takeover of the Basement while I’m away, Jason is showing off some awesome Mega Man collectibles in this video. There’s also a clip of our adorable daughter playing with his life-size electric helmet and blaster, and believe me, the video is worth watching for that alone because SO FREAKIN’ CUTE!

My Geek Box Unboxing for June 2019

Okay, we now know for sure that the previous My Geek Box we got was May’s, because this one had June written right on it. LOGIC, people! LOGIC!

And speaking of logic, this box had Star Trek in it! Not to mention an awesome shirt design as usual, plus an exclusive Harley Quinn Funko Pop and a few other items as well! This one was pretty nicely stuffed, I have to say, and the Star Trek items (yes, that’s a multiple!) are very awesome. Gargoyles Funko Pops! – Entertainment Earth Funko Pop Haul

Anyone who didn’t watch the Gargoyles cartoon in the 90’s was really missing out. It was an epic show with lovable characters and a bit of Batman: The Animated Series-style grittiness. It was one of my all-time favorites, but it’s not the kind of show that companies really make collectibles or throw-back toys of. So I was more than happy when Entertainment Earth asked us if we wanted to review the Funko Pops!

Today we’re showing off Goliath and Demona in the form of Pocket Pops keychains, the Specialty Series Hudson Pop, and rounding it out with Pops of Demona, Brooklyn, Broadway, Lexington, and Bronx.
