Both Anathema and Tracy decide to continue being brats, and even Newt gets in on the fun, while Crowley and Aziraphale both begin to think a little bit more closely on feelings and possibilities, and how to be brave enough to take chances on something great.

DAMMIT, is it really Wednesday already? Guys, I have no idea where my time has been going on me. Well, no, that’s a lie: it’s been going toward all the hoops I have to jump through to prepare for the new job that’s upcoming. I suppose I shouldn’t complain about that though, because, you know…work.

ANYWAY, these chapters were, in fact, up on Monday, but I’m just getting around to telling you about them now. 😛

Chapter 10 of “You Can Stay At My Place” is now live on AO3. Casual readers are now treated to a pleasant dinner with Crowley’s mum, complete with some innocent questions answered with complete honesty by our dear Aziraphale. Then the boys come face-to-face with the “only one bed” situation, resulting in more than a little bit of anxiety on both parts.

It’s fic update day, and I’m only just now realizing that I didn’t make an update for last week! So, um…whoops? You’ll forgive me, right? It just means that you’ll have an extra chapter to read if you rely on these posts, right? *ahem* Please don’t hurt me.

Anyway!

Chapter 09 of “You Can Stay At My Place” is now live on AO3. After our boys have been stressed out and accidentally engaging in domesticity while preparing to put their ruse into motion, Crowley’s mother has finally arrived for her visit. She has also brought with her a very grumpy kitty, and a number of questions that are embarrassing to Crowley, but amusing as sin to Aziraphale. Aziraphale also proves to be a much better actor than Crowley had anticipated, which throws him more than a little sideways as he finds himself forced to listen to Aziraphale talk about how wonderful he is…

Chapter 10 is now available in early-access for Patrons and Ko-Fi supporters. After a surprisingly decent first night enjoying dinner and conversation with Crowley’s mum, the boys are forced to face the reality of the “there was only one bed” situation. They both enjoy their own individual nervous breakdowns at the prospect, but there’s a good possibility that their bodies understand a few things that they themselves don’t quite yet…

Aziraphale is, justifiably, a little bit tense after their little ‘practice’ session and indulges a bit to relieve the pressure… Meanwhile, Crowley is coming to a bit of a realization about himself, especially after his subconscious sees fit to gift him with one hell of a dream…

Chapter 08 is now available in early-access for Patrons and Ko-Fi supporters. Crowley’s mum’s visit is imminent, and the boys are getting particularly nervous, especially after the respective nights they’ve had. And it doesn’t help that every time they try to get anything done it ends up feeling incredibly…domestic. :O
